Trust & Governance
The rules of verification — published.
We do not publish our sources, schemas, or methods — that is the asset you license. We do publish the rules every deliverable is held to, so you can judge the rigor before you share a single piece of data.
01 · Citation verification
Fail-closed: a citation is verified, human-confirmed, or it does not ship.
- VERIFIED — confirmed against the primary record; may be asserted as fact and cited.
- WEAK-MATCH — flagged inline and human-confirmed before publication, or downgraded.
- NOT-FOUND — never cited. The underlying claim is marked unvalidated or removed.
The verification ledger — instruments used, samples, run dates, resolved identifiers — ships with the document. Zero-fabricated is not a promise. It is an auditable property of the deliverable in your hands.

02 · The review chain
Reviewed by named scientists. Never “certified.”
At upper engagement tiers, deliverables pass a documented scientific review chain — national-laboratory Fellows whose names and review scope are disclosed in the engagement record. Review is logged, attributable, and delivered as part of the evidence ledger — not a logo on a slide.
The language is deliberate: our reviewers review. They do not certify, warrant, or assume your decisions. You and your regulators retain judgment — our job is to make that judgment better informed and fully auditable.
03 · Data governance
Your data stays yours — and stays where it belongs.
Classified handling
Every engagement classifies data — public, proprietary, regulated — and the classification governs where it may be processed and by which tools.
Egress boundary
Proprietary and regulated material is processed on owned, governed infrastructure — never pushed to public third-party tools whose terms we do not control.
Separation
Client environments are governed and separated; your configured intelligence is not another client’s training data.
04 · Monitored infrastructure
Freshness is watched by infrastructure that does not share the pipeline’s failure modes.
An independent sentinel — running inside the data layer, separate from the ingestion it observes — evaluates freshness daily against configured expectations and alerts the operating team through an out-of-band channel. If the sentinel itself goes silent, that silence raises its own alert. Monitoring that can fail quietly is not monitoring; ours is designed so that even its absence is a signal.
05 · Shipping record
What shipped, dated. What’s scheduled, dated.
- 2026-07
Independent freshness sentinel: an in-database watchdog, separate from the ingestion infrastructure it monitors, with out-of-band operator alerting — including on its own silence.
- 2026-07
Conversion instrumentation shipped across platform-built surfaces (full event taxonomy).
- 2026-06
Fail-closed citation-verification standard locked: every citation verified, human-confirmed, or removed — with the ledger attached to the deliverable.
- 2026-08 · scheduled
ACUMEN per-seat intelligence dashboards reach general availability. Agreements signed before GA carry named seat-conversion terms.
- Scheduled
PULSE campaign-orchestration activation; FORUM learning-platform selection.
Every claim on this site is either a shipped capability or a dated entry on this record. That is the standard we hold our own marketing to — the same one we hold our research to.
